When the time comes, we are committed to help them dispose of their preloved products responsibly and sustainably. The innovative Return. Recycle. 360° product lifecycle scheme is a defining moment in our overarching Nearer to Nature sustainability strategy.

How it works:

1. 
   The set purchase must be registered via our website to qualify for our extended warranty (5 years) and to be eligible for the Return. Recycle. scheme. 
2. 
   All you need to do now and for many years to come is to sit back, relax and enjoy the new garden furniture… spare parts can be purchased to help extend the life of the furniture.
3. 
   >> Fast forward 5-10 years, after the garden furniture has provided bountiful years of enjoyment, you can request a Return. Recycle voucher via the Hartman website and provisionally book a collection slot for the preloved set of furniture. Terms & Conditions apply
4. 
   A unique voucher will be emailed with a value depicted by the original purchase price of the preloved set of furniture, you will then be able to redeem this voucher at an approved Hartman stockist towards your next set of Hartman garden furniture.
5. 
   Hartman will collect the preloved furniture at a pre-arranged convenient date. We will then responsibly recycle the preloved Hartman furniture with our chosen recycling partners, and the lifecycle of your newly purchased garden furniture set starts all over again!
